My freight cost seems high - can you requote?
Yes!
Because everything we sell comes in different sizes sometimes the automatic software that calculates freight costs gets it wrong - when it does it usually gets it really wrong - send us an email from the contact page with your address and what you are looking to buy and we will find the best freight cost for you.
Do you send products overseas?
Yes! ... well mostly!
At this moment we are unable to send parcels to the US because of uncertainty as to the final costs after tariff charges, import costs, additional admin costs etc ... we tried to navigate and look after our US customers but we got financially burnt with additional costs so we are unable to take the risk.
However for everybody else, YES no problem ... everything we sell comes in different weights and sizes so send us an email from the contact page, check out page or to steve@retailnetworks.co.nz with your delivery address and what you are looking to buy and we will get some quotes for freight for you to consider.
Do you have a shop as well as on-line?
Yes!
