This bone carving of a fish hook (with a small piece of paua inset at the base) as a pendant is a beautiful piece of jewellery. The height that the pendant hangs at can be adjusted using the sliding knots. Each piece is individually hand-carved so slight variations occur. 
The Hook shape is good for catching good fortune and for safe travel over water.
