Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in New Zealand (including rural) and most of the rest of the world.
New Zealand deliveries can take from 1 to 3 working days. (add an extra day for rural deliveries)
If you need us to send items to a country outside of New Zealand I suggest you contact us on the contact page with the items you would like to buy, plus the delivery address and we will get quotes to determine cost of courier freight. We will email you the best quote available on that day. If you decide to proceed we will email you your own "special" link that will include courier costs.
As an indication a DLE sized package at the moment costs about $30 to Australia and about $60 to UK.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Some international destinations may charge customs fees or sales tax - these costs (if any) will need to be paid by the receiver in the destination country.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are size and weight-based.
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up.
In the unlikely event that we cannot deliver to your address you will recieve a full refund.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that we supply something faulty or sent the wrong item we will replace, repair or refund depending on the item. We also pay the return shipping costs.
You may return most new, unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not pay for return shipping cost (unless the item is faulty)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our direct deposit or refund request (1 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
There are some items we cannot refund or exchange unless they are faulty or we accidentally sent you the wrong item.
These items include Confectionary, Earrings, Intimate Apparel, CD's, Health & Beauty items like skincare and soaps.
All items will need proof of purchase such as invoice, email receipt or till receipt.
